The Trenton Golden Hawks shut out the Haliburton Huskies 2-0 on Saturday night.
David Fournier and Taeo Artichuk scored for the Golden Hawks while Ryan Sanborn played a perfect game in net with 36 saves.
Neither team was able to score in the first period, but the Golden Hawks managed to slip in on a power play late in the second to open up scoring. Adding a second goal in the third, they closed out the game without allowing the Huskies a single goal.
