The Wellington Dukes defeated the North York Rangers 4-2 on Friday night.
Alex Hendry, Ryan Schaap, Ben Vreugdenhil, and Cory Jewitt scored for the Dukes.
The Dukes opened up scoring in the first period with two unanswered goals before the Rangers came back to take two goals of their own in the second and tie the game. In the third, the Dukes surged ahead again with two more goals and took the win.
This was the final game scheduled for the team before breaking for the holidays.
