Kingston police are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a person of interest involved in a suspicious behaviour incident which occurred in July 2024.
The person of interest is believed to be a middle aged male, with a dark or tanned complexion, a dark moustache and short dark, curly hair which is greying and also receding on both sides of his head.
Police believe this individual may have been employed as a delivery driver at the time of the incident and was possibly operating a white four-door sedan.
