Lennox and Addington OPP say two people are in custody after a stolen pickup truck was located in the Marlbank area.
Police responded to Holden Road on Friday around 8 a.m.
When officers arrived, three people fled on foot.
Two males were eventually located in the area, while a third person, believed to be a female, has not been found, but investigators have tentatively determined her identity.
A 34-year-old male from Greater Napanee and a 29-year-old male from Kingston remain in custody. Charges have not formally been laid.
