Northumberland OPP are asking for the public’s help as they continue to investigate two separate incidents of mischief in Brighton and Campbellford.
On November 24, someone used grey spray paint to deface the Pride-coloured steps of Trinity-St. Andrew’s United Church on Prince Edward Street in Brighton.
Graffiti was also sprayed on the door and wall of the building.
Police believe three individuals were involved.
Sometime between 3 p.m. on December 2 and noon on December 3, the Cambellford-Seymour Community Centre on County Road 38 in Campbellford was vandalized.
An unknown number of suspects spray painted various areas within the building as well as causing damage to internal lights and windows.
Police do not believe the incidents are related.
