A section of Belleville’s industrial park will be closed for a while Friday morning after a vehicle hit a hydro pole near Redpath Sugar on University Avenue around 5:15 a.m..
The collision caused wires to go down and a transformer to catch fire.
The driver was not seriously injured.
Adam Street at University Avenue will be closed until repairs are made.
No other details are available.
