Students, staff, and parents with the Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic District School Board have come to the aid of the wider community.
Recently at a Board meeting a cheque was presented to both the United Way Hastings Prince Edward and the United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.
The cheque totalled $30,714 and was the result of various fundraising efforts throughout the school year.
