A Belleville man with no fixed address will appear for a bail hearing Monday after being arrested after setting fires in the area of Bridge Street United Church in Belleville.
Police spotted the fire burning shortly after 2 a.m. Monday and dealt with an uncooperative man and learned the same man threatened a security guard earlier after setting another fire.
The 42-year-old was charged with mischief and uttering threats.
