Police are continuing their investigation after a vehicle slammed into a house overnight.
Around 2:30 a.m. Friday morning, Belleville police, fire, and paramedics responded to Marsh Drive, just off North Park Street.
The vehicle continued to run when crews arrived, however, the driver fled the scene.
There was significant structural damage to the home, however, thankfully no one was injured.
The Forensic Identification Section of city police are combing through the evidence.
