It was a busy lunch hour for Belleville Fire crews on Sunday.
Around 12:15 p.m., members were called to the city pumping station at the corner of Dundas and Front Street.
Crews found black smoke and flames coming from the structure.
There is no damage estimate at this time and the cause has not been released at this time.

Around 12:40 p.m., firefighters responded to Smith Crescent in the east end, near Victoria and Farley Avenue.
The blaze was in the basement of the home and EMS treated three men suffering from smoke inhalation.
No damage estimate or cause is known at this time.
