Three Oaks Foundation’s new executive director is a familiar face around the organization.
Leah Morgan will take over the role effective January 2025.
Morgan served in several roles with Three Oaks over the course of 15 years including as a women’s service worker, children’s outreach counsellor, and in training & public education.
More recently she held the executive director position at Alternatives for Women and Victim Services HPELA.
She was also a part-pime professor in the Social Service Worker and Child and Youth Care programs at Loyalist College from 2012 to 2023.
“I am thrilled to be returning to Three Oaks Foundation,” says Leah. “This organization is crucial to the safety of women and children, as the programs being delivered offer a lifeline to those experiencing violence. These services not only provide safe spaces, resources, and support systems to help survivors escape abusive situations, but also regain their independence, and rebuild their lives. It’s an honour to be apart of this very important work, and I look forward to joining the dedicated Three Oaks team in breaking cycles of abuse and fostering a more supportive society.”
