The Trenton Golden Hawks shut out the Pickering Panthers 5-0 on Friday evening.
Spencer Hughes, Corbin Roach, Taeo Artichuk, and Cooper Matthews scored for the Golden Hawks. Ryan Sanborn played a perfect game as goaltender for the Golden Hawks, making 23 saves.
The Golden Hawks grabbed two goals in the first period, one in the second, and a final two in the third period.
The Golden Hawks play again on Sunday, against the Markham Royals.
