Quinte West OPP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing person.
A family member contacted OPP this week to report that Richard had not been seen at his home in Barrie since April 2024.
He was last seen in the Ottawa area in September but is also known to frequent the City of Quinte West.
Richard is:
- 52 years old
- White
- 5′ 7″ (170 cm)
- 180 lbs (82 kg)
- Short light brown hair
- Blue eyes
- Photo attached
Richard’s family and the OPP are concerned for his well-being.
