Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings launches another new fundraiser this weekend with its First Annual “Rock Solid” Curling Bonspiel.
The event is being held Saturday, November 9 at the Quinte Curling Club.
It’s not limited to experienced curlers.
Novices and first timers will begin the day with a lesson before the first draw at 9:30 a.m.
Eight teams are participating.
Funds raised will go to the local organization’s build fund for construction of new affordable homes within the community.
