The building numbers are in for Prince Edward County in October, and construction is holding close to last year’s total.
During October, 75 permits were issued for a total combined value of $9,425,300. This is slightly reduced from last October, with 88 permits and a value of $9,889,716.
Thirty-eight new homes were approved, including a mix of single detached homes, townhouse units, and a duplex.
