Belleville police located a man who was wanted on an outstanding warrant on Halloween.
The man was located in the area of Stanley Street and Dussek Street at 11:33 a.m.
He was wanted on charges of adult nudity / indecent exposure and indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.
Forty-nine-year-old Michael Hasilo of Belleville was arrested on the strength of the warrant and transported to Belleville Police Service.
He was later released on an undertaking with a court date in November.
