You’re probably not surprised to hear that a new high temperature record was set in the Quinte region Wednesday.
On this beautiful late fall day we reached 20.5 degrees Celsius according to readings taken at CFB Trenton.
The previous record for October 30 was more than a full degree less – 19.4 degrees set in 1971.
The normal high for this time of year is 10 degrees.
Another record could be set on Thursday.
The all-time Halloween high temp is 20 degrees, also set in 1971, but tomorrow’s forecast is calling for a high of 21 degrees.
