Once again Porchfest will be extended with the popular downtown afterparty.
Belleville’s 15th annual Porchfest will see musicians performing from dozens of East Hill neighbourhood porches Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Then, from 4 p.m .to 9 p.m., it’s the Porchfest Afterparty Concert at Parrott Stage, located just behind City Hall.
Local band Big Black Smoke starts the concert at 4 p.m., showcasing two-and three-part harmonies of classic British rock songs from the ’60s and ’70s.
Ed’s Garage rounds up the entertainment lineup as they perform original material as well as covers of Paul McCartney, the Eagles, Tragically Hip, Alan Parsons, Supertramp and more.
Admission to the Porchfest Afterparty Concert is free.
