The Quinte Museum of Natural History is getting ready to reopen for the summer season.
The museum, located at 99 Dufferin Ave, Trenton, opens on June 14 and will be open Wednesday to Sunday in June and expanding to seven days a week in July and August.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the season.
Admission is $8 per person, with free entry for children aged five and under.
Exhibits this year include Diving Deep: A Tale of Whales Through Time, and Fossilized Quinte.
July will mark the return of the Carnivorous and Long-Neck Dinosaurs.
“Reopening our doors is always a moment of great excitement and anticipation,” said Deanna Way, executive director of QMNH. “We are enthusiastic about inviting the community to explore, learn, and support our mission. Our exhibits promise to captivate and educate visitors of all ages, fostering a deeper appreciation for our natural heritage.”
