The Pop-Ups in both Belleville and Quinte West open Friday.
Pop-Ups on the Bay at West Zwick’s Park and Quinte West Summer Pop-Ups at Centennial Park in Trenton begin operations at 11 a.m.
A special opening ceremony is being held at the Belleville Pop-Ups Friday at 2 p.m.
