The Motorcycle Ride for Dad Kingston-Quinte celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
The annual ride which raises funds for prostate cancer awareness and research will be held Saturday, May 25.
This year’s event features a just over 200 km ride as well as a silent auction, 50-50 draw, poker hand and special souvenirs.
Over the last two decades the ride has raised more than $1.5 million for prostate cancer research.
Registration for this year’s ride is open online and riders can register in advance for $40. Pledges can be registered online as well. Registration on ride day is $50.
The ride leaves Cataraqui Arena parking lot, 1030 Sunnyside Road, Kingston at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 25.
The Ride for Dad team still requires more volunteers. If you would like to contribute some time, call or text Marion Perry, co-chair, at 613-572-5018.
