Sandbanks Winery is supporting Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward by donating $1 from the sale of select bottles of wine sold at LCBO stores across Ontario.
Through its parent company, Arterra Wines Canada, $1 from each bottle of Sandbanks Baco Noir, Pinot Grigio and Summer White wines sold will go to the local Humane Society.
The promotion runs through May 26.
In addition, bottles of these wines purchased at area LCBO stores – Belleville, Picton, Rossmore, Trenton and Wellington – will include four all natural, baked and dehydrated pup treats provided by Chantelle and Gary McCracken of Pawrecious Pets Pet Sitting Inc. of Prince Edward County.
Michelle McIntyre, Estate Manager at Sandbanks Winery says they hope the campaign will be will be a win-win for the Humane Society, the animals in their care, and for their clients to support the animal service organization while enjoying a variety of wonderful wines.
HSHPE Board Member Fred Armitage says they are overwhelmed by the support from Sandbanks Winery, the LCBO and Pawrecious Pets Pet Sitting for this special partnership.
