The presidents of the Bay of Quinte chapters of the Ontario Green Party and Ontario Liberals made a donation to Grace Inn Shelter by sponsoring a bed.
It’s part of the shelter’s Sponsor-A-Bed program, where residents can give a monthly donation to help those staying at the shelter have a bed as well as an option that helps cover the costs of food.
In total, both parties combined for a donation of $840.
No party funds were used.
