The Wellington Dukes have been eliminated from the Junior A playoffs after a 2-1 overtime defeat at the hands of the Toronto Jr. Canadiens.

The Dukes started the game with an unanswered goal in the first period, before settling into a deadlocked and scoreless second with the Jr. Canadiens. The Jr. Canadiens came back in the third to find the back of the net, tying the game and taking the teams to overtime, where they grabbed a second goal to win the game.
With this loss, the best-of-seven playoff series score is now 4-1 for Toronto, eliminating the Dukes as Toronto proceeds to the next round.
