Prince Edward County OPP have charged a Brighton man with fraud.
Officers arrested and charged an individual following a lengthy fraud investigation where an organization reported that funds over $80,000 had been misappropriated.
Fifty-one-year-old Todd Bishop of Brighton was charged the following:
- Criminal breach of trust
- Forgery – three counts
- Fraud over $5000 – four counts
- Fraud under $5000 – one count
- Theft over $5000 – four counts
- Theft under $5000 – one count
The OPP is not identifying the name of the organization, as they are considered a victim.
