The Ministry of Transportation is holding a public information session about planned improvements to the Highway 62/County Road 1 intersection.
The meeting will be held at Wellington Community Centre on January 25 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The intersection has been identified as dangerous due to a large number of crashes, many of them involving personal injury. Many of the crashes were found to involve vehicles attempting a left turn.
Some of the solutions being considered are installing a traffic light with dedicated left turn lanes or a roundabout.
