Lennox & Addington OPP say they attended a semi truck fire on Highway 401 Thursday afternoon.
Just before noon, a police patrol spotted a semi truck parked on the shoulder of Highway 401 at Swittzerville Road on fire.
By the time more officers arrived, the truck was fully engulfed in flames.
The driver was safe and uninjured as he was standing alongside the highway.
Police confirmed there was no collision.
The highway was fully reopened to traffic at 2:42 p.m. Thursday.
No charges were laid.
