The Trenton Golden Hawks and Collingwood Blues were the finalists in last years OJHL playoffs. And based on the latest rankings by the Canadian Junior Hockey League they could be again.
The G-Hawks are now ranked 4th among all Junior “A” hockey teams in Canada, up one spot from last week.
Collingwood is third.
Trenton leads the OJHL’s East Conference with a record of 28-5-0-1 for 57 points. They lead second place Wellington by 9 points.
The Blues lead the West with a record of 29-4-0-1 for 59 points. They also have a 9 point lead.
The Flin Fon Bombers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League have been the top ranked team in the country for two months.
The Brooks Alberta Bandits are in second place.
