Two lifters with the Victory Barbell Club in Prince Edward County have earned gold medals at the Ontario Junior Weightlifting championships in Scarborough.
Madalyn Tyrer and Ethan Yuke also qualify for the Canadian Junior Weightlifting championships in Quebec in June.
Winning silver medals were Jack Manley and McKenna Vanluven.
Ryker Pigden won bronze in his division.
Nick Manley and Emmit Wattam of the Victory Club competed in their first Ontario Championship.
