The Wellington Dukes’ hot streak came to an end this weekend.
The Dukes have now dropped three in a row, after a 5-2 decision Sunday night in Toronto against the Jr Canadiens.
The Dukes sit second in a tie with the Markham Royals, who they just made a trade with over the weekend.
Going to the GTA is Owen Ireton, in exchange for Ryan Schaap.
Schaap has notched 20 points this season with Markham and Mississauga.

There were two lopsided games in Junior C action Sunday
The Amherstview Jets have put themselves into a three-team, two-point race for second, thanks to a 9-2 win over Port Hope.
The Panthers, Jets, and Napanee Raiders are all within a game of each other for the second place in the Tod Division.
The Frankford Huskies are comfortably in first, following their 14-2 pounding of the Campbellford Rebels.

What a difference a week makes for the Belleville Senators.
After going winless in five straight, the B-Sens rattled off a five-point, three-game weekend, including their win Saturday night against Rochester.
Belleville now sits 8-8-1-2, good enough for 19 points, just one point behind the Toronto Marlies for fourth.
The B-Sens have another three in four weekend coming up.
They are in Laval Wednesday.
