Although the Belleville Senators will be away from CAA Arena this weekend, there will be NHL grads skating in Belleville Sunday.
NHL Alumni are coming to town to square off against the Law Enforcement team, to raise money for Special Olympics.
Kim Pothier is from Prince Edward County and is a Special Olympian in swimming and speed skating.
She says the money raised from the game is helping send her to nationals in Calgary.
Crystal Whalen is an event organizer and says for Special Olympc athletes, it is more than just having former NHL players great taking part in a fun day
Stanley Cup Champion Bryan Muir, former Leaf great Rick Vaive, and former Belleville Bulls Brent Gretzky and Shawn Matthias are some of the names announced for the event.
