Another resort is being proposed for Prince Edward County, this one near the shore of East Lake.
The County will hold a public meeting on the proposal which is to be known as Tens of East Lake/Allswell Resort.
Plans call for a building holding a maximum of 100 people, a tourist inn with 10 rooms, 12 tourist cabins, a gift shop, a mobile restaurant, and a pool and bar.
The resort will be on Willow Lane. The public meeting will be held Monday October 30 at the Waring House beginning at 7 o’clock.
No decisions on the proposal will be made at the meeting.
