Sunday was a busy day for the Hastings Quinte Paramedic Service, and Quinte West OPP and firefighters.
First, at 11:30 in the morning, there was a single vehicle ATV collision in the area of 2nd Dug Hill Road.
Firefighters had to extricate a woman from underneath the ATV. She was taken to Kingston General.
An hour later there was a single vehicle crash on Highway 401 east. One person suffered minor injuries.
And finally around 1:30 in the afternoon there was a two-vehicle collision on Sidney Street in Trenton at North Murray Street. The Jaws of Life had to be used to extricate an elderly man who was taken to Trenton Memorial Hospital for treatment.
