The Grand banquet hall in Belleville was reminiscent of the famous late 1800s Parisian cabaret the Moulin Rouge Saturday night.
Guests wore their most glamorous formal attire and danced the night away while at the same time raising a lot of money for the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
While final totals have not been released, at least $500,000 was raised at the annual BGH Foundation gala.
Money raised will be used by the Foundation to buy state of the art diagnostic equipment for the hospital.
