Over the next three days, hundreds of Bay of Quinte residents are being recognized for their commitment to the community.
It began Tuesday in Belleville where Bay of Quinte MP Ryan Williams honoured 42 citizens as Community Champions.
Williams put out a call in the spring asking for nominations.
In Belleville today he said, “I want you to know the right places value you in the right way and my role is to recognize each and every one of you for the value you hold. On behalf of those individuals, and on behalf of this region and this country – I say thank you for giving your time and talent towards our region.”
