Centennial Park in Quinte West will not only be the site of Canada Day celebrations, but a championship as well.
Food trucks, parades, fireworks, and a big party are par for the course when it comes to our nation’s birthday, but the City of Quinte West has added another piece to the pie.
The North and Eastern Ontario Regional FireFit Championships will go the weekend of July 1 and 2.
Firefighters dressed in full gear will compete in the stair climb, forcible entry, victim rescue and other tasks.
