The OPP-led Joint Forces Penitentiary Squad has charged an inmate at Millhaven Institution with second degree murder after the death of another inmate.
Charged is 30-year-old Stanton David.
Victor James, 29, was found with life-threatening injuries Sunday (January 8) at the maximum security prison near Kingston and later died.
David remains in custody and appears in Napanee court January 26.
