There was a large power outage affecting homes and businesses in parts of Quinte West and Brighton Tuesday.
Hydro One says the lights went out just before four o’clock in the afternoon due to an equipment failure.
The outage affected just over 3,000 customers.
Repairs were made and the power was restored around seven o’clock in the evening.
