A 27-year-old is facing charges after a fraudulent prescription submission in Belleville Thursday night.
Around 10:15 p.m., city police responded to a southwest Belleville pharmacy.
According to the complaint, a man submitted a fraudulent prescription.
Police arrested a suspect from Ottawa, who was just released on a similar charge earlier this month in the nation’s capital.
He is charged with dealing forged documents, attempting to used forged documents, fraud under $5,000, and more.
