After a triumphant run, bike and swim in St. George Utah Angela Lilly is back in the classroom at Trenton High School.
Lilly was a silver medalist in the 45 to 49 year age group at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. That represents half of a full tri-athlon, 70.3 miles.
Lilly, who is also a Trenton High graduate says this competition is the culmination of years of training, dedication and sacrifice, not only for the athlete but of her family as well.
Lilly spoke with Quinte Broadcasting Sports Director Jack Miller about her experience.
