The 23-year-old is credited with helping to drive traffic into the downtown core by organizing special events at the Grind and Vine.
“I am very proud to live and work in Quinte West, our community is so strong and vibrant,” said Russett in a press release. “I’m excited to be a part of the growth and development of our local economy.”
Award recipients will be recognized at the TIAC’s 2022 Tourism Congress in Ottawa on November 22nd.
