A little local football history was made over the weekend.
The Under 14 Quinte Skyhawks defeated the Waterloo Predators 13-6 in the Ontario Fall Football League playoffs.
They became the first team in the Skyhawks program to win a playoff game.
Marko Fobert and Javier Vaquerano scored touchdowns.
The U-14 Skyhawks face Guelph in the semi finals.
