A major blackout struck Prince Edward County and the Napanee area early Saturday morning.
The outage originally affected over 30,000 Hydro One customers.
Hydro One says they have technicians working to resolve the issue, and have restored power to 6,000 customers.
Hydro One expects power to be restored for the remaining 24,000 by 4 p.m.
