Taking a look back at 2021, Hastings County had what Warden Rick Phillips calls “a bit of an issue” with Long Term Care.
Warden Phillips tells Quinte News the county worked with the two provincial representatives, MPP Todd Smith and MPP Daryl Kramp, at Queens Park to obtain some extra funding.

Phillips added that he’s grateful for the provincial and federal funding that helps with the many programs the county provides.
