A driver was charged after a person was struck by a vehicle at a busy intersection in west end Belleville Monday morning.
Belleville police say a 71-year-old man was struck by a pickup truck at Sidney Street and Bridge Street West around 8:30 a.m.
He was taken to hospital by Hastings-Quinte paramedics with non-life-threatening injuries.
The 60-year-old woman driving the truck was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
