We are exactly one week away from federal election day.
And locally, it should be an interesting one.
Election prediction website 338Canada.com, which uses the latest polling as the basis for predictions, lists the Bay of Quinte riding as a toss-up between the Liberals and Conservatives.
It says Hastings-Lennox and Addington riding is leaning toward a Conservative win.
However in Northumberland-Peterborough South 338Canada.com is predicting a Conservative victory is likely.
Meanwhile Election Prediction Project, a website that uses polling plus submissions from the public to make its picks, has Northumberland-Peterborough South and Hastings-Lennox and Addington ridings voting for the Conservatives while calling Bay of Quinte riding as to close to call.
CJBQ radio 800 AM and Quinte News will have election results and commentary, both local and national, starting at 9 o’clock Monday night.
