Belleville Police say all lanes around the scene at College Street and North Front Street, and traffic is moving through as usual.
No other updates have been given on the incident that caused the initial closure, but Inspector Rene Aubertin says investigators hope to put out an update by Friday afternoon.

Belleville Police say they are continuing to investigate a “major incident” near a busy city intersection.
Full details haven’t been released, but police closed the intersection of North Front Street and College Street early on Friday morning after the incident, which ended with the Adecco building at 135 North Front Street being significantly damaged.
Belleville Police Insepector Rene Aubertin tells Quinte News that at least one person was taken to Belleville General Hospital for treatment of injuries and that he hoped to have more information released by Friday afternoon.
For now, police are still on scene investigating, but have opened all lanes of College Street to traffic, while North Front Street remains closed northbound between Evans Street and College Street.
One southbound lane of traffic is being allowed through, but drivers should steer clear of the area for the time being.
