McDonald’s and Belleville General Hospital are teaming up to raise money for a nuclear medicine camera for the hospital.
On Friday, McDonald’s locations in Belleville and Madoc will donate one dollar from every coffee or Big Mac sold, to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation to help purchase the camera.
Nuclear medicine cameras can perform bone scans, heart imaging, whole body scans and more.
The new camera will cost approximately $1.2 million.
Anyone who wants to make a purchase to donate, or make an additional donation to on-site volunteers, can head to McDonald’s locations at North Front St., the Bayview Mall and Walmart in Belleville or McDonald’s in Madoc.
