Parks Canada is advising boaters to expect higher than normal water levels and flows during navigation hours on the Trent-Severn Waterway.
Due to the amount of heavy precipitation in recent weeks, the water levels and flows are up.
The increased flows overnight are the result of water management dam adjustments to address the precipitation and the overnight flows are considered non-navigable.
Further, overnight mooring at lock 19 – Scotts Mills will be suspended indefinitely.
