The 2021 Kiwanis Walleye World Fishing Derby is a no go for a second straight year.
Organizers have announced that due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, they will be unable to proceed.
They add that the decision was not taken lightly, and they made the announcement with much regret.
Kiwanis says in the interests of their participants, volunteers and the greater community it would not be wise to proceed with this year’s event.
